Interesting, Tom. Did you go to the building with the movable ledge?

Chicago has such cool architecture.

I saw something on the toob sometime back. Don't remember which building, but it was one of the giants. They had installed a moving deck which would come out of the building for a few feet. I remember making a note that it, along with the stationary deck over the Grand Canyon were two places I wouldn't run over anybody to get to.

Try a brandy Manhattan then. I prefer them. Great photos, Tom. I haven't been to Chicago since my brother lived there many years ago. Hated to drive there, and it's too big anyway. Saint Paul has a hotel that has a revolving restaurant on top, which was fun; you got a 360 view of the city while you had dinner. Don't know if it's still in operation or not. Also the transparent deck at the Grand Canyon wasn't there the last time we were there. I think I'd ride a zip line over the canyon before I'd walk out on that thing.

Found that booger. I'll have to think the zipline thingy over. http://www.theskydeck.com/

Great, Tom. How was Shaw's?

I've seen those desks somewhere before. Even If I knew how to build one, I won't live long enough to finish one.

Hide is right! I would never remember what I put where.

Or how to get back to it if I remembered. I'd have to call Terry to get the diagram.

I don't work from plans. It all comes from my vision.
