If you want to be a participant in the forum, you'll need to restrain that urge, at least insofar as it is directed at people here.

And for what it's worth, I didn't suggest adding a sentence was unwarranted or difficult. I was simply pointing out that it hadn't been necessary because it is common sense or basic netiquette...and that you should have known that.
