which was established in the 1400s, I think, and the newer, larger Minnesota Zoo
which has a different mix of animals in a larger, more natural setting.
These two are from the Minnesota Zoo years ago. I have never been good at taking care of the business of cataloging my stuff, so I don't know when these were done.

I love mountain lions.
And those shots capture them very nicely. Great color tone and texture.
(We used to go to the Minnesota Zoo a couple times a year.)

Thanks, everyone.

There's something about the way the cats' skin folds over that's echoed in the rocks behind them. Really beautiful.

It's taken me awhile to get to this topic but those lions made the wait worth while. Been to any more zoos lately?

What cuties! The wolf's eyes have a come-hither look that matches its grin.

Thanks everybody. The wolf might think I'm dinner...

Maybe that's related to why he's blushing so much. Nice shot, but that certainly doesn't look like a happy monkey!

If he's lke me, he probably has a job driving during the week, and his finger is permanently lodged in that position.
