Artificial intelligence could be smart enough to decline to operate the vehicle under adverse conditions. Might be the day I stay home keeping cozy by the cyber fire.

Let the old fashioned human fool do it! We see them piling up every year.

Better training and licensing will continue to have value.

Actually, a slow moving line of RoboCars may send a message to the human pilots of what actually computes to be safe operation for existing conditions. Over-ride those sensors at ones peril!
